Life is changing. What’s next?
Coaching for women navigating change, or simply questioning what they want from the years ahead.
There are times in life when what worked before no longer feels quite right. Your circumstances may have changed, or you may be simply questioning what you want from the years ahead.
It can be hard to hear, and trust, your own voice amongst all the expectations, responsibilities, and ideas about what you should be doing.
Mindful Transitions gives you the chance to step back and work out what matters to you. Together, we’ll make sense of where you are, look at what may be keeping you stuck, and explore what you might want from the years ahead.
Welcome to Mindful Transitions
You might come to coaching because something has changed, or because you know you want something to change. I work with women at points in life when they’re reassessing where they are and what they want next.
Coaching for life’s transitions
Career change or redundancy
Finding your feet when work changes unexpectedly, or working out what you want when your career no longer feels right.
Empty nest and changing family roles
Finding your way through changes in family life, relationships and your sense of identity that came with those roles.
Midlife and changing priorities
You may find things that once felt important don’t matter quite so much. Your priorities, energy, or ambitions may be changing, leaving you wondering what you want from this next stage of your life.
How coaching can help
Sometimes it’s hard to work out what you really want when you’re caught up in the day-to-day of life. Coaching offers a confidential, thoughtful space to step back, make sense of where you are and look at things from different perspectives.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you now, what might be keeping you stuck, what you want more or less of in your life, and what moving forward might look like for you.
Sometimes coaching leads to a decision or a clear next step. Other times it’s simply about understanding yourself better and beginning to see things differently.
Not sure if coaching is right for you?
I invite you to start with a complimentary 20-minute conversation where you tell me a little about what’s going on for you, ask any questions you have about coaching, and get a feel for whether working together feels like a good fit.
When you’re not sure what’s next
Sometimes there isn’t an obvious change. Life may look perfectly fine on paper but you might feel stuck, restless or simply curious about whether you want something different from the years ahead.
A workshop for women wondering what comes next.
Midlife can make you question things you’ve taken for granted for years. Work, family, relationships, identity and what you want for yourself can all look different from this point in your life. It can also bring a stronger sense that the years ahead matter, and that you want to live them in a way that feels true to you.
Rewrite is a chance to pause and take stock. Through guided reflection, creative exercises and conversation with a small group of women, you’ll reflect on what has shaped you, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have taken a back seat, and gain a clearer sense of who you are now, what lights you up and what matters most as you work out what comes next.

“It is when we are in transition that we are most completely alive.”
— William Bridges
I’m Katherine Craig. I have a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and more than 15 years’ experience helping people navigate change, growth and the questions that come with both.
My style is warm, calm and down-to-earth. I listen carefully, ask questions that help you see things differently and gently challenge you when I think it might be useful.
My approach is evidence-based, drawing on positive psychology, adult development and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). At the heart of my coaching is greater self-awareness: understanding yourself more deeply, what matters to you, the assumptions that may be influencing your choices, and what you need to live well.
Mindful Transitions brings these threads together. It’s a space for thoughtful, practical conversations about where you are now, what you want for yourself, and what you want to make more room for in your life.

“Katherine carefully challenged some of my preconceptions and helped me realise a few home truths that were pretty much life changing. She is incredibly nurturing, somehow merging the pragmatics of coaching with your bigger ‘life’ picture. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity and ready to see their situation through a different lens.”

“Katherine immediately put me at ease with her kindness and genuine regard for others. She’s down to earth, making for open and honest conversation, while asking plenty of good questions and delving into the ‘why’. She helped me see how closely my strengths and values aligned with my vision and from there everything seemed to fall into place.”
